ABARE has conducted surveys of selected Australian agricultural industries since the 1950s. The data collected in these surveys are presented interactively in AGsurf.

Data from the surveyed industries can be obtained at the national, state or regional level. The regions on which the survey sample is designed are each based on a group of statistical local areas. However, as each farm in the sample is geocoded it is possible to provide data for any set of farms on a geographic basis. Output can also be specified with respect to collected survey variables.

The best way to become familiar with AGsurf data is by selecting combinations.
