A quick example that shows you how to construct the
following table:

First, click on the Databases tab to list the three AgSurf databases.
If Broadacre By Size is not already selected, click on it.

The following table should appear:

Under the Fields tab,
click on the plus sign next to Financial Performance to expand its sublist:

From its sublist select Capital appreciation and Capital at 1 July...

…and then click the Apply button:

The table should now look like this:

Repeat the process to select
state NSW and Wheat-Sheep Zone:
farm sizes $100,000-$200,000 and $200,000-$400,000
and years 2003 and 2004.
Make sure you click Apply after each of these three selections.
Note that NSW will give
estimates for all zones combined and Wheat-Sheep will give
estimates for all states combined, because State and Zone are different subgroupings within CATEGORIES. Primary groupings such as SIZES, on the other hand, are cross classified with all
your other selections.
In order to present the table more neatly, move CATEGORIES
from a column classification to a row classification:

Alternatively you can drag the CATEGORIES title over the row
titles and release it when a vertical dark blue line appears:

Your table should now look like the one at the top of this
page.
